The Flex Air Pilot Pathway combines funding with flight training, career coaching, and job placement services for aspiring airline pilots. Our program is the only one of its kind in the aviation industry, and is supported by a network of hiring partners, lenders, and the nation's first and only zero-to-ATP Dept. of Labor approved apprenticeship program.
