Performance Demonstration

Show us what makes you different. You'll upload three short videos that demonstrate your instructional ability. At Flex Air, candidates won't be interviewed until we see how you teach.
STEP 2
Technical Evaluation
First online interview
If selected, your first interview will be a technical evaluation of your teaching skills. Expect this evaluation to be on par with your CFI initial oral examination.
STEP 3
Leadership Interview
Second online interview
If selected, your second interview will be with Flex Air leadership at the base or enterprise level to assess your fit with our mission, culture and career placement network.
STEP 4
Join the team
Onboarding and orientation
If selected, you'll join our team with benefits including fully paid training, travel and lodging benefits, 401k program, medical, and additional career-placement benefits as you progress in your technical competence and commitment to student success.
